The multi bag filter is a high-performance industrial filtration solution specially developed for large-flow liquid purification scenarios. It features a complete specification range, supporting filter bag quantities from 2# to 24#, with inlet and outlet diameters covering 3-inch to 18-inch. The single-unit processing capacity reaches90-1080m³/h, fully meeting the high-volume filtration demands of industrial water treatment, chemical processing, petrochemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries.


This series of industrial bag filters adopts two standard flow modes: side-in side-out and side-in bottom-out, offering flexible pipeline adaptation for different on-site layout requirements. Equipped with an optional quick-opening structural design, the filter enables extremely fast filter bag replacement, minimizing equipment downtime and maintenance costs. It is perfectly suitable for two typical working conditions: frequent bag replacement scenarios and long-cycle continuous operation scenarios with low replacement frequency. FilterWhale optimizes the overall structure and mechanical configuration of multi bag filters, solving the shortcomings of traditional large-flow filters such as single function and cumbersome operation.

To meet personalized operation demands of different production sites, the filter supports customized opening and closing devices, including manual hoist type, hydraulic hoist type, spring-assisted hoist type, ordinary spring-assisted type and balance weight type. With diverse configurable structures, stable operating performance and strong compatibility, this multi bag filter has become a mainstream high-cost-performance filtration equipment for large-scale industrial production lines.
